Redbreast 21 year old – €23.90
Winner of best Irish whiskey 2015 and 2014. Remarkable aroma spanning fresh tropical fruits, nuts and rich dried fruit. Aged in combination of ex-Bourbon and 1st fill Oloroso Sherry casks. A staff favourite.
Powers John’s Lane Reserve – €7.90
First released in 2011 this is a heavy robust pot still spirit. Fruity on the palate with a soft and velvety texture with some citrus characters dominating. The finish becomes more chocolaty with dusty oakiness making an appearance.
Teeling Single Malt – €5.90
A great single malt that is drawn from various ages. The oldest malt dates back to 1991 and its various components from Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon. You’ll find delicious tropical fruit flavours of mango and pineapple with hints of red berries.
Tullamore Dew 14 year old Single Malt – €11.30
A unique triple distilled that has been finished in Bourbon, Oloroso Sherry, Port and Madeira barrels. Very smooth beautiful finish.
Connemara Peated Single Malt 12 year old – €9.50
Full, rounded complex flavour that is both smooth and smoky at the same time. Initially sweet and fruity but with some very welcome smoke, flavours of pears, apples, vanilla cream and a touch of ginger and spicy oak. Think of your Grandmother’s peat fire.
